• Timeline Development/Management you’ll get a detailed list of items due and deadline dates with reminders on due dates.
• Show Cheatsheet a document for your team describing where the show is, when it is, and what it is including information regarding badges, staff hotel details, shuttle bus information, etc.
• Budget Management we’ll track everything you want tracked…from booth space costs to the costs for a wastebasket or two!
• Badge Registration we can take care of all badging requirements for you and your staff.
• Ordering Services working with the exposition company for the show/venue…we’ll setup a third party authorization and handle all service orders needed for your booth.
• On-Site Management we can be there if you can’t…we’ll handle all on-site requirements necessary to ensure a smooth install and/or dismantle
• On-Call Support if you prefer to handle the on-site management of your booth, we can be on call for any assistance and help you have a successful show. You will receive instructions showing day-by-day details of what to expect and what needs to be done – and who to call if you need a question answered
